The why
Helping leaders reap the real fruit of their effort.

I've worked across international, multicultural, multi-site environments, where decision quality depended as much on organization as on technology.
On the ground, I saw decisions made far from the shop floor that sacrificed people and know-how for short-term profit. I refused to sign off on them. Cap & Cadran was born from that refusal.
That experience was built across the whole value chain of a product — dual expertise in mechanical engineering and quality, across technologies as different as plastics, coil winding, electronics and mechanics — carrying two forms of responsibility: hierarchical (managing a team) and cross-functional (coordinating across teams, with no direct authority).
Leading a team and coordinating a cross-functional project without hierarchical authority forces you to convince rather than impose. That's the posture I bring today: you stay the decision-maker, I give you the means to see clearly.
This range of environments gave me a trained eye: I can read how an organization actually works — quickly and accurately — its strengths, what's holding it back, what deserves clarifying. That's exactly the core of what Cap & Cadran does: translating a company's challenges into decision architecture. The value isn't in the tools — it's organizational and human, first.
